Get to Know Geaneen Moore
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling. Since 1997, I’ve worked with adolescents, adults, and families in schools, outpatient and inpatient programs, private practice, and the county jail, including supporting clients in a substance use drug court program.
I offer individual, couples, family, and group counseling, focusing on helping clients build skills, grow personally, and improve overall well-being. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where lasting, positive change is possible.
I use a blend of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to tailor counseling to each client’s unique needs.
